Tenders are invited for Consultancies for the Facilitation of One Psychosocial Support (Pss) Session with a Focus on Grief and Loss Closing Date: Monday, 12. Oct 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Mental Health Remuneration range: < 1000 (USD) Duration of Contract: October 2026. This consultancy aims to provide psychosocial support to a group of young participants in the city of Saida, helping them navigate experiences of grief and loss, acknowledge and express their emotions, strengthen mutual support, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. The selected consultant shall be responsible for: Designing and facilitating one in-person psychosocial support (PSS) session in the city of Saida tailored to the participants needs. Creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where participants can express their emotions and experiences without pressure to share. Introducing practical tips to help participants manage grief and stress. Identifying any additional psychosocial support needs and recommending appropriate referral pathways when necessary. The session shall adopt a sensitive and participatory approach that respects participants emotional readiness, individual experiences, and confidentiality. The awarded applicant shall demonstrate the ability to perform services during a weekend, if required by the project schedule. The key expected deliverables are the following: A brief outline of the proposed methodology, objectives, activities, and duration, submitted prior to implementation. Design and facilitation of one in-person psychosocial support session focused on grief and loss, tailored to participants needs. A summary of the session conducted, including general observations, key outcomes, and recommendations for any additional support or follow-up, while ensuring participants confidentiality.
