The General Aim Of Environmental Construction Support (Ubb) Is - To Carry Out Construction In Accordance With Approval And Environmental Law, - To Avoid Liability Damages Under The Environmental Damage Act During Construction - To Avoid Environmental Damage And The Resulting Costs And Time Delays - To Avoid Disruptions In The Construction Process Through Timely Reference To Deadlines, Requirements And Suitable Measures - To Preserve Evidence And Document It. Environmental Construction Support Services Serve To Prevent And Avoid Ecological And Economic Damage As Well As To Support The Client In Environmentally Relevant Issues. The Main Ubb Services For This Project Are: 1. Clarifying The Task 2. Supporting The Construction Work: Participation In Construction Consultations, Monitoring The Protection, Avoidance And Route-Related Compensation Measures, Carrying Out Preparatory Species Protection Measures And Issuing Relevant Construction Permits 3. Services To Prepare For The Acceptance Of The Construction Project, Drawing Up An Overall Balance Sheet The Services Are Described In Appendix 1; They Were Taken From The Hva-F Stb And Adapted. The Adapted Passages Are Shown In Italics. The Accompanying Landscape Conservation Plan Sets Out Protection, Avoidance And Compensatory Measures, The Monitoring Of Which Is To Be Viewed As A Service Provided By Ubb. A List Of Relevant Lbp Measures Can Be Found In Appendix 5. In Addition To General, Non-Quantifiable Tasks In Species, Soil And Water Protection, The Following Specific Measures Must Be Monitored: - Protection Of Trees/Vegetation Or Lrt As Tree And Biotope Protection - Erection And Maintenance Of Amphibian And Reptile Protection Fences - Check For Beaver Population And Ant Nests - Ordering/Sowing With An Indigenous Seed Mixture. Construction Pits Must Be Checked During The Construction Period, As Well As The Sowing And Mowing Of Soil Piles. After Construction Interruptions, Areas Must Be Checked For Breeding/Suspected Breeding And Cleared.
