The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction Of Social And Office Buildings As Well As Garage And Workshop Buildings Along With Technical Infrastructure For The Needs Of The Department Of Communication And Roads Of The District Office In Wschowa - Stage I. The Investment Is Located In Wschowa At Czeska Street, On A Plot Marked With Number 2431/2, Wschowa Registration Area. As Part Of This Project, The Following Is Planned: - Demolition Of The Existing Farm Building Located On The Border With Czeska Street, - Installation Of A Social And Office Container With Complete Equipment With A Water And Sewage Installation, A Mechanical Ventilation Installation With Heat Recovery, An Electrical Lighting And Socket Installation, A Telecommunications And Computer Installation, A Heating And Hot Water Installation Based On A Ventilation Heat Pump. The Project Also Includes The Construction Of New Technical Infrastructure In The Form Of An External Electrical Installation, Water And Sewage Installation, Lighting Installation And Area Monitoring.
