1. Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 1 Piece Of A Brand New Diesel Fueling Station. The Station Is Intended For The Storage And In-House Distribution Of Oils Belonging To The Group Of Flammable Liquids Of Class Iii Fire Hazard, I.E. Petroleum Products With A Flash Point Above 55°C, Including Primarily Diesel Oil. The Station Should Be Designed As A Self-Supporting, Double-Shell Structure, Made Of Stabilized Material. A Tight Distribution Room With A Door Secured With A Lock Should Be Installed In The External Tank.2. Technical Requirements1.Station Intended For The Distribution Of Diesel Oil: O Capacity Not Less Than 2,500 Liters O Construction Resistant To Corrosion And Uv Rays Electric Pump Powered By 230V With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 60 L/Min Fueling Gun With Automatic Shut-Off After Filling The Tank O Flow Meter Enabling Dosing And Reading Of The Amount Of Fuel O Anti-Theft Protection To Prevent Unauthorized Use Of The Station. O Flexible Suction Pipe With A Non-Return Valve And A Mesh Filter, O Flexible Distribution Pipe With A Length Of Not Less Than 6 M2.A Diesel Oil Distribution Station Must Be Equipped With At Least: O A Sensor Monitoring The Interstitial Space (Leakage), O A Fuel Level Indicator, O A Maximum Fuel Level Sensor, O A Flow Meter Enabling Dosing And Reading Of The Amount Of Fuel, O A System Protecting Against Fuel Leakage From The Tank3. Equipment: A Suction Pipe With A Non-Return Valve And A Mesh Filter, A Distribution Pipe With A Length Of Not Less Than 6M, An Air Vent In The Inner Tank, An Inspection Cover In The Inner Tank, An Inspection Cover In The Outer Tank, And An Earthing Lead Outside The Distributor Housing. 4. Additional Requirements1.The Diesel Refueling Station Must Be Equipped With Transport Handles Or A Structure Enabling Easy Transport And Movement.2.All Items Must Be Brand New, Unused And Free From Defects.3.The Device Must Have The Ce Marking And A Declaration Of Compliance With Applicable European Union Standards And Directives.4.The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Equipment Delivered And The Service Performed For A Minimum Period Of Time. 24 Months.
