1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Liquid Fuels For The Road District In Iława. A) Up To 7,400 Liters Of Diesel Oil, But Not Less Than 1,000 Litersb) Up To 300 Liters Of 95 Petrol, But Not Less Than 50 Liters2.Deliveries Will Be Made On The Basis Of Ad Hoc, Cashless Refueling Of Vehicles To The Tank At The Selected Station Of The Supplier Who Submits The Most Advantageous Offer.3.The Contractor Must Have At Least One Fuel Station: A) The Station Of The Supplier Who Submitted The Most Advantageous Offer, If This Station (Located At A Distance Of No More Than 6 Km From The Road Circuit In Iława (14-200 Iława, Ul. Wyszyńskiego 45), Calculated By The Shortest Public Road) Is The Only One This Supplier Has,4.The Contractor Will Ensure The Execution Of The Order (Refueling) At Gas Stations At Least At From 7.00 A.M. To 6.00 P.M. On Working Days And On Saturdays And Sundays At Least From From 8.00 To 18.00.5.During The Delivery Of Liquid Fuels And Oils, The Price From The Distributor Applies For A Given Refueling Day - Including The Discount And The Vat Rate Applicable On The Refueling Day.6.A Change In The Vat Rate Does Not Require The Preparation Of An Annex To The Contracts Covered By This Order.7.The Contractor Will Ensure The Supply Of Liquid Fuels With Quality Parameters Corresponding At Least To The Parameters Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of June 26, 2024 (Journal Of Laws 2024.1018) On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels.8.In Winter, It Is Required To Have Winter Diesel Oil That Can Withstand Temperatures Down To -20°C, And In Transitional Periods, It Is Required To Have Transitional Diesel Oil That Can Withstand Temperatures Down To -10°C.9.Regardless Of The Number Of Other Customers, Each Customers Car Should Be Refueled Within No More Than 30 Minutes Of The Driver Reporting To The Station Employee.10.The Amount Due For The Fuel Actually Purchased And Any Consumables For Vehicles Will Be Settled Once A Month On The Basis Of A Collective Vat Invoice Issued. 11. The Supplier Will Attach The Following To Each Invoice: Information: A) One Collective Fuel List (According To The Swz Template): 11. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting An Offer To Contractors Offering The Sale Of Fuels Using Fuel Cards - Microprocessor Fuel Cards (The Cost Of Obtaining Cards And Obtaining One Duplicate Due To Loss, Theft, Change Of Existing Data, Etc. By Each Card Holder Is Covered By The Contractor Each Time).12. The Ordering Party Will Not Accept Internal Regulations And Contract Templates Of Contractors Participating In The Tender Procedure.
