1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of The Gala Of The Innovation Leaders Of Pomerania And Kujawy 2026 Competition (Lipik Gala) At The Filmar Hotel In Toruń (Ul. Grudziądzka 39/43, 87-100 Toruń) On November 5, 2026. The Gala Is Part Of The Annual Conference Organized By The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Science And Technology Center. Prof. Jan Czochralski Sp. Z O. O., Which Will Also Take Place In The Filmar Hotel In 2026. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of A Large Conference Room, Catering For A Gala Dinner For Up To 140 People, Multimedia Services, A Cloakroom With Staff, A Moderator To Conduct The Gala, And Simultaneous Translation Services Using The So-Called Tour Guides (Without A Cabin) For A Maximum Of 20 People, Parking Service For A Group For The Organizer (20 Passenger Cars), Music During The Gala (7 P.M.-10 P.M.), A Locked Organizational Room.2.The Ordering Party Plans To Allocate A Maximum Amount Of Pln 65,000.00 Net (In Words: Sixty-Five Thousand Zlotys 00/100 Net) For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.3.The Contractor Or Subcontractor Is Obliged To Employ Under An Employment Contract, In Accordance With Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 108, As Amended) Persons Providing Waiter Service. The Above Does Not Apply To The Situation Of Independent (Personal) Performance Of Given Activities By The Contractor Who Is A Natural Person.4.At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, Both Before And During The Execution Of The Order, In Order To Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Employment Requirement Under The Employment Contract By The Contractor/Subcontractor, The Persons Performing The Work Indicated In Section 3 Activities During The Execution Of The Order, It Will Present A Written Declaration From The Contractor/Subcontractor About The Employment Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing The Activities. This Declaration Should Include In Particular: Precise Identification Of The Entity Submitting The Declaration, Date Of Submission Of The Declaration, Indication Of The Activities Performed By The Person Employed Under An Employment Contract, Type Of Employment Contract And The Signature Of The Person Authorized To Submit The Declaration On Behalf Of The Contractor/Subcontractor. Failure To Submit The Declaration Will Be Treated As Failure To Demonstrate Compliance With The Employment Requirement Under The Employment Relationship.
