4.3. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A 9-Seater Minibus For Transporting Disabled People Under The Care Of The Community Self-Help Home In Annopol, Including People With Disabilities Who Use Wheelchairs.4.3.1. The Purchased Vehicle Should Be Brand New With A Production Date No Earlier Than 2026, Unused, Technically Efficient, Ready For Use, Complete, With Approval (Enabling, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Admission To Road Traffic In Poland), Free From Technical (Design, Material, Workmanship) And Legal Defects, And Should Meet The Technical And Equipment Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Form). Confirming The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And The Detailed Parameters Of The Offered Vehicle).4.3.2. The Contractor Will Deliver The Vehicle At His Own Expense To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In Annopol. Together With The Delivery Of The Car, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide: 1) A Set Of Documents, I.E. A Service And Warranty Book, A Current Approval Certificate For The Base Car And A Current Approval Certificate For A Vehicle For The Transport Of Disabled Persons Or A European Union Certificate Of Conformity, Certificates Or Other Documents And Operating Manuals In Polish, 2) At Least Two Sets Of Keys.4.3.3. Service: The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Warranty Service In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Contractor Must Indicate An Authorized Service Center Located No More Than Approximately 100 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Where The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Perform The Necessary Service And Repair Activities During The Warranty Period. Service Activities Will Not Include The Replacement Of Consumable Parts That Have Been Worn Due To Normal Use. The Warranty Period Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Will Be Counted From The Date Of Writing The Final Vehicle Acceptance Report.4.3.4. All Defects During The Warranty Period Must Be Removed Within 14 Business Days From The Date Of Their Reporting By The Ordering Party To The Contractor. If The Defect Removal Takes Longer Than 14 Business Days, The Contractor Will Provide A Replacement Car With Equivalent Parameters.4.3.1. Warranty: Min. 24 Months - For Mechanical Defects Of The Manufacturer Per Vehicle (For The Engine And All Car Components, Including Proper Functioning Of The Vehicle, Material And Manufacturing Defects), Min. 24 Months – For The Paint Coating – Min. 24 Months – Anti-Corrosion Warranty4.3.2. If, In The Period Between The Sellers Submission Of An Offer In The Procurement Procedure And The Implementation Of The Contract, There Is A Change In The Legal Provisions Regarding The Registration, Approval, Sale Or Introduction Of New Equipment Into Use, The Seller Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order Taking Into Account These Changes, As Well As Provide Documents Enabling Their Registra
