The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Project Into Parts, But Divides The Subject Of The Order Into Two Tasks. Task 1: The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of The Orlik Sports Complex At The Primary School In Skuły In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Development Of Design Documentation, Obtaining The Required Approvals And Execution Of Construction Works. The Basic Scope Includes The Construction Of A Football Pitch With Artificial Grass And A Multi-Purpose Basketball And Volleyball Pitch With A Polyurethane Surface, As Well As The Construction Of Lighting, Fencing And Ball Catches. The Investment Also Includes The Construction Of Modular Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities, Construction Of Hardenings And Pedestrian Routes, And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Such As Bicycle Racks. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Preparation Of Full Design And As-Built Documentation, Preparation Of Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications, Carrying Out All Necessary Formal And Legal Procedures And The Implementation Of Construction Works Together With The Delivery Of Materials. The Optional Order Also Includes The Design And Construction Of A Fitness Playground With Play Equipment, As Well As The Preparation Of Related Documentation And Works. Task 2: The Scope Of The Investment Includes Pre-Design Research And Studies, Including Inventory Surveying Measurements Necessary To Design The Areas Drainage And Carry Out Design Works. The Task Also Includes The Development Of An Executive Design In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program Along With A Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, As Well As Obtaining The Required Arrangements And Concluding The Necessary Contracts With Relevant Institutions And Network Managers. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of Field Drainage And A Storm Sewage System Discharging Rainwater From The Designed Complex Of Sports Fields, Parking Lots, Parts Of The School Roofs And Existing Hardened Surfaces. The Investment Will Include, Among Others: Drainage, Storm Sewage System Made Of Pvc-U Pipes, Inspection And Control Wells, Oil Substance Separator, Linear Drainage And Tight Retention Tanks. Rainwater Will Be Used To Water Green Areas And Wash Hardened Surfaces, And Its Excess Will Be Discharged To The Existing Ditch. The Scope Of The Task Also Includes The Construction Of An Exit From Ul. Północna, Construction Of A Parking Lot With Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars, People With Disabilities, Electric Vehicles, Bicycles And Scooters.
