The Subject Of The Order Are Works Related To The Partial Renovation Of Granite Surfaces, Concrete Surfaces Made Of Paving Stones, Paving Slabs And Hexagonal Slabs (Repair Of Defects And Collapses), Repair (Relocation) Of Curbs And Edges, Adjustment Of Manholes, Construction Of Surfaces From Openwork Concrete Slabs, And Protection And Removal Of Failures.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Mechanical Construction Of Troughs In The Ground; • Removal Of Soil; • Demolition Works: Curbs, Edges, Sidewalks; • Mechanical Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil For Construction Layers; • Mechanical Profiling And Compaction Of Crushed Stone Surfaces; • Construction Of Base Layers Made Of Crushed Aggregates And Natural Aggregate; • Execution Of Layers Of Gravel; • Repairs (Relocation) Of Concrete Curbs; • Repairs (Relocation) Of Concrete Sidewalk Edges; • Partial Renovation Of The Concrete Surface Paving Stones;• Partial Renovation Of The Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Paving Slabs;• Partial Renovation Of The Street Sewage Made Of Paving Stones;• Partial Renovation Of The Surface Made Of Granite Cubes;• Laying Of Eko Type Openwork Slabs;• Partial Renovation Of The Surface Made Of Trilinka;• Cutting Out Protruding Metal Bars;• Vertical Adjustment Of Manholes;• Securing The Place Of Failure.3.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Correct The Quantity Of Works And Materials (Resulting From Current Needs Arising During The Execution Of The Contract And Not Known At The Time Of Its Conclusion) In Relation To The Quantities Given In The Offer Cost Estimate. Changes In The Number Of Measurement Units Will Not Result In An Increase In The Contractors Remuneration And Will Not Constitute Changes To The Terms Of The Contract. When Organizing And Performing Construction Works, The Contractor Will Take Into Account The Ordering Partys Requirements In The Field Of: Organization Of Construction Works, Protection Of The Interests Of People Third Parties, Environmental Protection, Work Safety Conditions, Securing Facilities For The Contractors Needs, Conditions Regarding Traffic Organization, Securing Sidewalks And Roadways, Properties Of Construction Products, Equipment, Machines And Means Of Transport, Execution Of Construction Works, Equipment And Machines Necessary Or Recommended To Perform The Works, Means Of Transport, Quality Control Of Works And Construction Materials And Other Requirements Indicated In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;5.The
