The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Execution Of Demolition And Dismantling Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Expansion; - Execution Of Masonry Works On Structural And Partition Walls As Well As Reinforced Concrete Construction Works; - Execution Of The Structure, Thermal Insulation And Casing Of The Main Suspended Ceiling Above The Rooms; - Execution Of Bolting, Sheathing, Thermal Insulation And Facades Of External Walls; - Execution Of Finishing Works, Including Cement-Lime Plasters, Subfloors Flooring, Plasterboard Structures, Tile Cladding And Paint Coatings; - Delivery And Installation Of External And Internal Joinery; - Finishing Of The External Terrace Along With The Delivery And Installation Of Balustrades; - Execution Of Sanitary Installations, Including Water Supply And Sewage Installations Along With Fittings, Sanitary Utensils And Sanitary Equipment; - Execution Of Heating And Air Conditioning Installations, Including Installation Of Electric Convectors, Split Heat Pumps/Air Conditioners And Drainage Installations Condensate; - Construction Of A Mechanical Ventilation Installation With Ducts, Equipment, Fans And Insulation; - Construction Of Electrical Installations, Including Internal Power Lines, Installation Of Plug Sockets, Basic, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting, And External Lighting; - Construction Of An Electrical Switchboard And The Necessary Installations Of Anti-Shock, Anti-Overvoltage And Grounding Protection; - Execution Of The Necessary Installation Passages Through Building Partitions, Grooves And Installation Casings; - Performance Of The Required Tests, Examinations, Measurements, Acceptance And Commissioning Completed Installations.
