1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity For The Municipal Utilities Department, Including The Sale Of Electricity And The Service Of Its Transmission And Distribution. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.2.Electricity Should Be Supplied In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Specified By The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43), The Implementing Regulations To This Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System Of March 23, 2023 (Journal Of Laws Of 2025 Item 919) And Other Legal Provisions.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Service Quality Standards And Quality Parameters Of The Supplied Electricity Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 919).4.The Ordering Party Has The Legal Title To Use The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5.Settlement Will Take Place On A Monthly Basis, According To The Actual Consumption Of Electricity Based On Current Readings Of The Measurement And Billing System.6.The Projected Electricity Consumption During The Contract Period Provided In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Is Indicative Only And Is Used Only To Compare Offers. It Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase Electricity In The Specified Amount. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase A Smaller Amount Of The Ordered Energy.7.The Estimated Electricity Demand During The 12-Month Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Is 793,988.00 Kwh.
