1. The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In The Dismantling, Transport And Disposal Of Products Containing Asbestos From Facilities Owned By Natural Persons In The Mogilno Commune.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Dismantling Of Asbestos-Containing Products Constituting Roofing, Including Packaging, Weighing, Transporting And Transferring To A Hazardous Waste Landfill, Together With The Cost Of Disposal In An Estimated Amount Of 176.5125 Mg; 2) Transport Of Products Containing Asbestos From Roofing (Without Dismantling Services), Including Packaging, Weighing And Transfer To A Hazardous Waste Landfill, Together With The Cost Of Disposal In An Estimated Amount Of Pln 234.81125 Mg.3.The Volume And Type Of Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order Were Determined On The Basis Of Notifications From Residents Of The Mogilno Commune Along With Property Addresses, Quantities Intended For Dismantling And Estimates Made By The Ordering Party Regarding The Needs For The Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos-Containing Products. The List Of Works And Locations Is Included In Appendix No. 8 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Referred To In Section 2 Above And Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Because The Specified Quantities Of Asbestos-Containing Products Covered By The Subject Of The Order May Change, And This Material Scope May Be Reduced By No More Than 20% In Relation To The Quantities Specified In Section 2 Above And Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
