The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Scope Of Accepting, Transporting And Delivering Letter Items And Their Possible Returns After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Their Delivery Or Handing Over To The Recipient, 2) Providing Postal Services In The Scope Of Accepting, Moving And Delivering Parcels And Their Possible Returns, 3) Providing Zpo (Return Receipt) Delivery Services.3.
