Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Agricultural Roads - Batch 1 Closing Date: Monday, 16. Nov 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Agriculture, Environment, Infrastructure & Services Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation Duration of Works: Five (5) months after the beginning of the assignment 1.Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) asspecified in the World Banks Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (2020)(Procurement Regulations), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. The contract related to each lot will be awarded to the Bidder offering the lowest evaluated cost to the Employer, subject thatthe selected Bidder meets the required qualification criteria and the aggregate minimum requirements for respective lots as specified under paragraph 4 below. 2.Bidders have the option to submit a Bid for one or more of the lots listed in the table above. Bidders submitting their bids for more than one lot, must ensure that the following criteria are met for the combined requirements of the lots included in their bid: Construction cash flow requirements stipulated in Section III - Evaluation and Qualification Criteria - Eligibility and Qualification Criteria Paragraph 3.1. Construction Average Annual Construction Turnover requirements stipulated in Section III - Evaluation and Qualification Criteria - Eligibility and Qualification Criteria Paragraph 3.2. A bidder will be disqualified for the submitted bid related to any one or more lots, in the event that the two requirements above are not met, as such to achieve the lowest bid price while meeting the two requirements. 3.Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents in English by sending an official email (mentioning the bidders name, address, contact person, phone number) to gpproc.gate@gmail.com, Attention: Mr. Elias El Namroud, GATE procurement officer. 4.A prospective Bidder requiring any clarification of the bidding document may notify the PCU in writing to the attention of Mr. Elias El Namroud, GATE Procurement Officer to the following email address: gpproc.gate@gmail.com 5.Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday 16th of November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Beirut local time. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted.Late bids will be rejected and returned to the Bidders unopened. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders representatives and anyone who choose to attend in person at the address below on Monday 16th of November 2026 at 11:15 Beirut local time.
