Tenders are invited for Shoes (Gum Boots/Canvas) Sandals and Rubber Products. Applicants should deposit a non-refundable amount of Rs. 750.00 per item for each good / service they wish to register. The said amount should be transferred from the Ragama Head Post Office in the form of a money order made payable to the "Director, National Hospital for Respiratory Diseases Welisara" or a copy of the General 172 receipt obtained from the Accountant of the National Hospital for Respiratory Diseases in cash should be attached to the application. Cheques will not be accepted. Applications without the receipt for payment will be rejected.
