Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (National) (OCBN) method as specified in the Banks Procurement Framework dated 2015 for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Testing and Commissioning of ICT and Network Equipment Lot 1 & Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing of Security, Facility and Office Equipment For The New Bosaso Revenue Collection Centre Lot 2 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework. 4.
