The Contracting Authority Opens A Public Order In Accordance With Article 18, Paragraph 1, Item 12 In Connection With Article 20, Paragraph 2, Item 2 Of The Law On Public Procurement Through A Public Competition With The Subject: Supply Of Seeds For Sowing Autumn Crops For The Needs Of The Dp Kabiyuk In The Business Year 2026-2027 In Three Separate Positions As Follows:1. First Itemized Item - Delivery Of Seeds For Sowing Autumn Crops - Wheat - 163 Tons 2. Second Separate Item - Supply Of Seeds For Sowing Autumn Forage Crops - Barley - 36 Tons3. Third Specific Item - Supply Of Seeds For Sowing Fodder Crops - Alfalfa - 40 Bagsthe Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification For Each Position And Are Attached To This Documentation/Appendix No. 1-1; Annex #1-2; Appendix #1-3; /The Technical Specification For Each Position Defines The Minimum Requirements For The Performance Of The Delivery /Subject Of The Public Procurement/ Set By The Contracting Authority. The Seeds Are Specified In Detail By Types And Quantities In The Attached Tables. The Delivered Seeds Must Be In Packages Without Hidden Or Obvious Defects, With Labels In Bulgarian And Contain Information About The Content, Manufacturer, Quality, Production Date, Expiration Date. Each Product Packaging Must Have An Original Manufacturers Label With The Following Data: Name Of The Hybrid Manufacturer; Name Of The Hybrid; Lot Number; Origin Of Seeds; Date Of Manufacture. The Delivered Seeds Must Be Listed In The European Catalog For Varieties Or The Official Variety List Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, Approved By The Executive Agency For Variety Testing, Approbation And Seed Control (Iasas); The Delivered Seeds Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Law On Seed And Planting Material And The Secondary Regulations Regarding Production, Packaging, Labeling, Etc. Participants Should Hold A Valid Seed Or Planting Material Trade Certificate Issued By The Executive Agency For Variety Testing, Approbation And Seed Control. The Delivery Is Carried Out At The Warehouse Base Of Dp Kabiyuk, Town Of Shumen, Village Of Konyovets With Presentation Of Quality And Origin Documents And Signing Of The Acceptance-Handover Protocol By Representatives Of Both Parties.
