The Objective Of This Bidding Process Is To Acquire A Compact Mini Front Loader And Its Complementary Accessories, New And Unused, Intended To Reinforce And Strengthen The Operational Capacity Of Municipal Equipment In Removal, Leveling, Transfer And Loading Of Material In Small And Difficult To Access Spaces. In Particular, The Required Equipment Must Be Suitable To Operate In Restricted Working Conditions, Such As Storm Water Channels, Underpasses, Caissons, Ducts, Crossings, Confined Areas, Narrow Urban Areas And Other Spaces Where Conventional Machinery Cannot Enter Or Cannot Operate Properly. For These Purposes, It Is Considered Especially Relevant That The Equipment Can Perform In Sectors With Height Restrictions, Including Spaces Whose Approximate Free Height Can Reach The Order Of 1.50 Meters, As Occurs In Certain Cleaning, Clearing And Maintenance Works Of Covered Channels Or Canals. The Acquisition Seeks To Allow The Execution Of Municipal Tasks Such As Cleaning And Maintenance Of Rainwater Channels, Removal Of Sediments, Removal Of Accumulated Material, Support For Urban Maintenance Works, Minor Works, Clearing Of Areas Affected By Climatic Contingencies And Handling Of Materials In Rooms Or Sectors With Limited Access. The Equipment Must Have Compact Dimensions, High Maneuverability, Ability To Operate In Confined Areas, Front Lifting System, Compatibility With Interchangeable Accessories And Sufficient Features To Execute The Described Functions In A Safe, Efficient And Timely Manner. The Technical Specifications Established In These Bases Are Formulated In Response To The Functional Conditions Required For The Intended Municipal Use, Accepting Equivalent Or Superior Equipment, Regardless Of Its Brand Or Model, As Long As It Certifies Compliance With The Minimum Required Performance And Its Ability To Operate In The Spaces And Conditions Indicated Above.
