Construction Work – Ensemble Alte Bleiche. A Shared Heating Center In An Adjacent Building Is Provided For The Heating Sector. From Here, The Two Buildings Are Supplied With Underground Local Heating Pipes. Hybrid Heat Generation With A 45 Kw Gas Boiler And 24 Kw Air-Water Heat Pump, R290 Refrigerant Is Planned; A Storage Tank Is Used To Optimize The Running Times Of The Hp And To Hydraulically Optimize The Entire System. Material Of The Pipes In The Heating Center: Boiling And Threaded Pipes. Heating Distributors With The Heating Circuits For The Consumers Will Be Installed In Both Buildings. The “Neuee Bleiche” Has Underfloor Heating On The Ground Floor With Optimized Heat Transfer For Higher Transfer Performance At Low Flow Temperatures. Flat And Tubular Radiators With Energy-Optimized Low Flow Temperatures Are Provided On The Upper Floor. The “Erlanger Haus” Has Flat And Tubular Radiators With Energy-Optimized Low Flow Temperatures On The Ground Floor, Upper Floor And Top Floor. Material Of The Pipes In The Buildings: Pressed Stainless Steel Pipes. Depending On The Progress Of Construction, Assembly In Both Buildings Is Not Continuous And Includes Assembly Interruptions; The Planned Period For Installation Until Commissioning Is Approximately 18 Months.
