Business Services: Law, Marketing, Consulting, Recruitment, Printing And Security – Offer Of Framework Agreement On Temporary Services And Try & Hire. The Offer Includes One Overall Framework Agreement Regarding Temporary Services And Try & Hire. The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Ensure That Affaldplus Has Access To Qualified Temporary Workers Who, As Needed, Can Participate In Affaldplus Operations And Other Relevant Functions. The Services Must Be Delivered In Accordance With The Requirements For, Among Other Things, Competences, Experience, Availability, Ordering, Delivery And Other Conditions That Appear In The Requirements Specification And The Other Tender Materials. Try & Hire Means That Affaldplus Can, Under Specified Conditions, Be Offered The Opportunity To Permanently Employ A Temporary Worker Who Has Been Made Available By The Supplier For A Period Of Time. The Detailed Conditions For This Appear In The Requirements Specification And The Contract. The Specific Purchase Includes The Services And Associated Deliveries That Appear In The Requirements Specification, The Offer List And The Other Tender Annexes. The Requirements Specification Contains The Requirements That The Supplier Must Fulfill In Connection With The Implementation Of The Contract. The Services Must Be Delivered According To Affaldplus Specific And Ongoing Needs. Affaldplus Is Thus Not Obliged To Purchase A Certain Number Of Temporary Hours, A Certain Number Of Temporary Workers Or Services For A Certain Amount, Unless Otherwise Expressly Stated In The Tender Material. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement For The Total Term Amounts To Dkk 8,000,000 Excl. Vat The Estimated Value Is Determined On The Basis Of Affaldplus Historical Consumption, Expected Future Needs And Other Relevant Operational Conditions. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Amounts To Dkk 10,500,000 Excl. Vat The Maximum Value Constitutes The Total Ceiling For Purchases Under The Framework Agreement. The Estimated Value Is Not A Guarantee Of A Specific Consumption Or Turnover. The Actual Consumption Can Be Both Lower And Higher Than The Estimated Value, But Cannot Exceed The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement, Unless A Change Can Be Implemented Legally According To The Procurement Law Rules On Contract Changes.
