Building Installation Work – New Town Hall Herzebrock-Clarholz - 08 Heating And Plumbing. The Municipality Of Herzebrock-Clarholz Intends To Build A New Town Hall To Replace The Existing Town Hall. This New Building Is To Be Built On The Current Town Hall Property With Around 4,800 M². In Accordance With The Climate Protection Concept Of The Municipality Of Herzebrock-Clarholz, The New Town Hall Building Should At Least Meet The Kfw-40 Energy Standard And Be Climate-Neutral In Operation. The Technical Equipment Of The Building Should Meet These High Ecological And Economic Requirements. The Focus Is On Planning That Optimizes Operating Costs. A Cascade Of Two Air-Water Heat Pumps Is Used To Generate Heat In The 5-Story Building. This Should Also Be Used For Temperature Control In The Summer Months. The Insulated Heat Distribution Consists Of Approx. 700 M Of Stainless Steel Pipe As A Press System. The Heat Transfer In The Building Is Achieved Via Underfloor Heating With An Area Of ​​​​Approx. 2,300 M².
