Primary School Construction Work – Interior Plastering Work. New Extension Building Kgs Buisdorf As A Three-Story (Ug-Og) Solitary Solid Building With A Cafeteria And Serving Kitchen (Cook & Chill) As Well As Rooms For Open All-Day Activities, Classrooms, Sanitary Facilities And A Large Technology Center. The Roof Area Is Designed As An Extensively Green Flat Roof With A Pv System. Building Plot Area: 4,593 M² Gfa: Approx. 1,594 M² Bri: Approx. 6,740 M³ Nrf: Approx. 1,302 M2 Construction Began In July 2024. The Measure Is Carried Out In One Construction Phase. The Construction Work Will Be Carried Out During Ongoing School Operations. The Work Will Be Carried Out In Sections As Construction Progresses In Coordination With The Construction Management. A Daily Construction Diary Is Required. The List Of Services Includes All Interior Plastering Work In The Areas Of Construction Site Furnishing, Preparatory Work, Plastering Work, Scaffolding, Interior Insulation, Etc.
