The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Activities Necessary For The Proper Installation And Commissioning Of The Supplied Equipment, Including Cabling And Connections, If They Are Required For Its Proper Operation. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Equipment And Any Damage Resulting From Its Transport, Unloading, Carrying, Assembly, Installation And Connection, Including Damage To Rooms, Walls, Ceilings, Installations And Other Equipment Of The Ordering Party. If Damage Occurs, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove It At His Own Expense And Restore The Place To Its Previous Condition.
