Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation Works, Including Furnishing, For Clinics Service Location: West Bank Action Against Hunger tackles the causes and effects of hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable children, women and men. Established in France in 1979, Action Against Hunger is a nongovernmental, non-political, non-religious, non-profit organization. Action Against Hunger has been working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002. Action Against Hunger, would like to invite eligible contractors to submit their offers for the Rehabilitation Works, Including Furnishing, for Clinics in North and South of the West Bank, Publication Reference: PD-HB0-00115, according to the following conditions: Eligible contractor should be registered at the VAT and customs department and has the ability to provide Zero VAT to Action Against Hunger with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificates. Registered suppliers with ACF may obtain the bid documents by sending an email to ihashlamon@pt.acfspain.org starting from Monday, 5th of October 2026 at 02:00 PM (local time in the Palestinian Territory). Unregistered suppliers are required to complete the ACF Supplier Registration Form and submit all required documentation in order to receive the bid dossier. All correspondence should be sent by email to ihashlamon@pt.acfspain.org The last day to distribute bid documents is on Monday 19th of October 2026, at 2:00 PM (local time of the Palestinian Territory). A clarification meeting and site visit attendance will be considered one of the scoring criteria in the technical evaluation of the bid, to answer any question on the bid dossier and it will be conducted over three separate days as detailed in the bid documents. Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope or by email to ihashlamon@pt.acfspain.org no later thanWednesday 21st of October 2026 at 12:00 pm (local time of the Palestinian Territory). Action Against Hunger is not obliged to accept the lowest price. Action Against Hunger has the right to postpone, cancel, extend, or split the bid and to award the lots to different contractors.
