Restaurant And Food-Serving Services – License Agreement For The Svartholma Café-Restaurant. The City Of Loviisa Requests An Offer For Svartholmas Service Package To Justify The License Agreement. Svartholma Is A Historical Sea Fortress Located On The Island Of Svartholm, About 10 Kilometers From The Center Of Loviisa. The Important Cultural-Historical Fortress Was Built In The 18Th Century As Part Of The Defense System Of The Gulf Of Finland. The Island And Its Historic Fortress Is A Popular Tourist Destination. The Object Of The Right Of Use Is The Provision Of Cafe-Restaurant Services To Be Produced In Svartholma As Part Of The Service Package According To The Agreement, Which Includes, In Addition To Cafe And Restaurant Services, Marketing And Joint Development Of The Svartholma Area, As Well As Maintenance Of The Museum And Exhibition Space. The Lease Applies To A Cafe-Restaurant Building With Terraces Located In Svartholma. The License Agreement Is Concluded For Four (4) Years, In Addition, The Agreement Has An Option For One (1) Year. The First Operating Period Is 1.5.2027 – 30.9.2027 And The Last One Before The Option Is 1.5.2030 – 30.9.2030. The Option Applies From 1 May 2031 To 30 September 2031. The Aim Is That The Service Providers Activities Support The Revitalization Of The Area, Serve The Customers Of The Guest Marina, Participate In The Events Of The Archipelago And Work In Cooperation With The City Of Loviisa, Metsähallitus, The Museum Agency, Visit Kotka-Hamina / The Partner, Currently Cursor Oy, And The Island Operator.
