The Current Canteens And Kitchens Are Outdated In Terms Of Their Space And Dimensions And Should Be Used For Other Purposes In The Future. The New Canteens, Including Kitchen Areas, Are Intended To Create Significant New Potential For Reorganization. The Additional Classrooms And Directly Associated Additional Uses Are To Be Used To Implement Contemporary Pedagogy (Cluster System). In Detail, These Additional Requirements Result From - Chair Storage For Canteens For Multifunctional Use As An Auditorium, - Material Storage For Schools And Ogs, - Offices For (Social) Educational Staff, - Common Center(S) According To Cluster, - Team Station(S) According To Cluster, - Differentiation Room And - The Need For Modern Equipment With A Focus On The School Entrance Phase (Years 1 (And 2)). As Part Of A Europe-Wide Procurement Process, The City Of Viersen Is Looking For A General Contractor Per Location For All Planning And Construction Services For The Planned School Expansions.
