Ski Hereby Offers A Dynamic Procurement System (Hereafter The System) Regarding The Procurement Of It Operations And Related Services. It Is Voluntary For All Skis Customers, Who Appear In Appendix B Customer List, To Use The System When They Need To Acquire It Operational Services. The Customer List In Appendix B.1 Indicates The Customers And Their Organizations Who Are Customers Of Ski At The Time Of The Tender And Can Therefore Use The System. However, The Dynamic Purchasing System Can Be Used Throughout The Duration Of The System By All Contracting Authorities Who Are Customers Of Ski At The Time Of Publication Of A Specific Purchase In The System. All Parts Of The Danish State, Regions And Municipalities – Including Public Companies And Publicly Owned Companies That Are Subject To Tendering Obligations As A Result Of Their Public Ownership – Can Become Customers Of Ski By Taking Out A Subscription Covering Their Organisation. When New Customers Become Customers Of Ski, Ski Will Update The Customer List On Ski.Dk And Announce On Ski.Dk That A Change Has Been Made To Skis Customer List, As Well As Which Customers Are New Customers Of Ski And From Which Date They Can Publish Purchases In The System. The Customer List In Appendix B.1 Is Not Updated After The Tender Date. Instead, Skis Current Customer List Will Be Publicly Available At Ski.Dk. The System Will Be Offered As One Unified Category With One Unified Object For It Operational Services. The Category Has Been Created With The Customers Need To Acquire It Operational Services Across The Objects Performance Areas In Mind. The System Can Be Used To Acquire The Following Service Areas: 1. Cloud Operation 2. Data Center Operation 3. Co-Location 4. Network Operation 5. Application Operation 6. End User Services 7. Security Services The Object Of The System Is Described In More Detail In Appendix C Object Of The System.
