Diesel Oil - Purchase And Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil For Vehicles Operated By Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji W Radomu Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością Within A Period Of 24 Months. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Subsequent Delivery Of Diesel Oil For Vehicles Operated By Mpk W Radomu Sp. Z O.O. For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, But Not Earlier Than From January 1, 2027. 2) The Total Amount Of Diesel Oil Planned For Purchase During The Term Of The Agreement Is Estimated And Was Determined On The Basis Of The Expected Demand Of The Ordering Party. The Actual Amount Of Diesel Fuel Delivered During The Term Of The Agreement Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Actual Fuel Consumption. 3) The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order To The Extent That It Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of At Least 2,450 M 3 Of Diesel Oil. The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration Only For The Amount Of Diesel Oil Actually Delivered And Collected By The Ordering Party, Subject To The Minimum Quantity Specified Above. 4) The Ordering Party Expects That The Amount Of Diesel Oil That Can Be Ordered In One Delivery Will Be Not Less Than 20 M3 And Not More Than 32 M3. 5) The Basic Order Covers The Purchase And Subsequent Delivery Of Diesel Oil In An Estimated Amount Of 3,500 M3, Which The Ordering Party Plans To Use During The Term Of The Agreement. If The Estimated Amount Of Diesel Oil Is Used In The Basic Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option. 6) The Option Right Will Include The Possibility Of Increasing The Quantity Of Diesel Supplies Covered By The Basic Order, Under The Terms Of The Concluded Agreement, To An Increase Of Up To 30%, I.E. By A Maximum Of 1,050 M 3 . Exercising The Option Right Is The Ordering Partys Right, Which It May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise As Part Of The Implementation Of The Agreement. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. 7) The Total Maximum Quantity Of Diesel Oil Covered By The Basic Order And The Option Right Is 4,550 M³, Of Which: A) Basic Order – 3,500 M³; B) Option Right – Maximum 1,050 M³.
