Supply Of front part complete lhb type coach. , front part complete [schedule of infrastructural requirements to specification no mdts 21261 rev. 03 dated: 20.03.2020] to be masked as per drawing number mi005396 alt. hm for lhb ty pe coach. as per drawing no : 1 11012.0.03.131.001 anx-1 note : (a) 8 mm thick additional stiffening members are required for the front part of under frame for the lhb type coaches as per drawing no. rdso/cg/drg/26009. (b) the dimension of hub flange shall be 136mm (after machining, ref. drawin g number: 1 10113.1.03.121.002 alt. r1). (c) the dimension of center of cbc center ensures 146mm & 163 mm (ref. drawing number: le11460 alt. nil, sheet 1). (d) dimension 309mm, 82.5mm and 75 mm from buffer plate (ref. drawing number: 2 10113.0.03.130.112 alt. er2). special condition : to m aintain the limit of straightness and twist in front part of the under frame, inspection fixture to drawin g no xj003601 alt. a is to be followed to improve the quality of front part & under frame of lhb coac hes. [ warranty period: 84 months after the date of delivery ] ]
