The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Entitled: Construction Of Small Architectural Objects - A Playground In The Town Of Brzeźnica Bychawska Kolonia, Niedźwiada Commune, On The Plot No. 526.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Playground In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, In Particular: 1) Execution Of Preparatory Works, Including Measurement Works For Surface Earthworks On An Area Of 0.021 Ha; 2) Construction Of A Sand Surface Only Under The Playground Equipment With An Area Of 110 M², Including The Removal Of A 30 Cm Thick Layer Of Fertile Soil, Mechanical Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil, And The Construction Of A Sand Base With Fraction 0.25-2.0 Mm In The Amount Of 33 M³ And Removal Of Soil Up To A Distance Of 5 Km;3) Construction Of A System Panel Fence With A Total Length Of 59.80 M With A 1.20 M Wide Gate On Ready-Made Posts;4) Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements: Information Board - Regulations, Waste Bin And Bench - 1 Each;5) Delivery And Assembly Of Playground Equipment: Swings Double, Clover Rocker, Multi-Module Play Set, Giraffe Rocker, Cross Carousel, Cross Ladder And Dragonfly Swing - 1 Each; 6) Restoration Of The Grass Surface After The Works On An Area Of 95 M², Including Mowing Weeds And Annual Self-Sowing Plants, Collecting Them In Piles, Spreading Fertile Soil In The Amount Of 9.5 M³ And Construction Of A Lawn With Sowing And Fertilization;7) Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works And Removing, At Your Own Expense, Any Damage To The Existing Infrastructure Caused By The Implementation Of The Works.8) The Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Materials And Equipment, Their Assembly, Earthworks, Construction Of A Sand Surface, Fencing, Restoration Of The Grass Surface And Cleaning Works, To The Extent And Quantities Specified In The Bill Of Quantities.3.Playground Equipment, Surfaces And Fencing Elements Should Be Made And Installed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Manufacturers Instructions And Safety Requirements Resulting From Relevant Standards Or Equivalent Solutions.4.All Playground Equipment Covered By The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Free From Defects And Intended For Installation On The Playground. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Acceptance Documentation, Including Documents Confirming The Compliance And Safety Of The Installed Devices, Use And Maintenance Instructions, Warranty Documents And Inspection Protocols. As Part Of The Acceptance Documentation, The Contractor Will Submit A Certificate Of Conformity Of The Constructed Playground, Issued After Completion Of The Works By An Independent, Accredited Conformity Assessment Body, Confirming That The Installed Devices And The Fall-Absorbing Surface Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 1176 And Pn-En 1177 Standards Or Equivalent Standards.
