All Consumable Soft Goodsshall Be Supplied By The Contractor/Vendor.3.#Valve Gearboxes Shall Be Dism Antled, Inspected, Cleaned, Lubricated,Reassembled, And Serviced. Replacement Of Any Damaged Gearbox Componentsshall Be Within The C Ontractors Scope.4.#Valve Actuator Shall Be Dismantled, Inspected, Cleaned, Serviced,Calibrated, And Function Tested. Any Worn-Out Internal Parts Shall Beidentified And Reported. Replacement Of Damaged Actuator Componentsshall Be Subject To Dewa Approval Unless O Therwise Specified In The Po.A Complete Actuator Servicing Report Shall Be Submitted.5.#Ball Cleaning, Machining, And Polishing Are Part Of The Contractorsscope. If Electroless Nickel Plating (Enp) Is Required Based On Internalinspection Findings, Prior Approval Shall Be Obtained From The Dewaengineer. Enp Is Not Included In This Scope Of Work.6.#The Contractor Shall Visit The Site Prior To Q Uotation Submission Toverify Valve Condition, Dimensions, Actuator Arrangement, And Scoperequirements.7.#All Work Shall Be Completed Within Seven (07) Calendar Days From Thedate Of Valve Collection Or Site Handover.8.#A Comprehensive Valve Maintenance/Service Repo Rt, Includingphotographs Before, During, And After Overhaul, Shall Be Submitted.9.#The Valve Shall Be Subjected To Shell Test And Se At/Seal Test In Thepresence Of A Dewa Engineer.
