Supply Of front part for lhb coach. , front part [schedule of infrastructural requirements to specification no mdts 21261 re v. 03 dated: 20.03.2020] to be masked as per drawing number mi005396 alt. hm for lhb type coach. as per drawings: lp11105 anx-5 (for lwlrrm amrit bharat coaches) note : (i) 8 mm thick additional stiffening members are required for the front part of under frame for the lhb type coaches as per dra wing no. rdso/cg/drg/26009. (ii)the dimension of hub flange shall be 136mm (after machining, ref. drawing number: 1 10113.1.03.121.002). (iii) the dimension of center of cbc center ensures 146mm & 163 mm (ref. drawing number: le11460 alt. nil, sheet 1). (iv)dimension 309mm, 82.5mm and 75m m from buffer plate (ref. drawing number: 2 10113.0.03.130.112 alt. er2). special condition : to mai ntain the limit of straightness and twist in front part of the under frame, inspection fixture to drawing no xj003601 alt. a is to be followed to improve the quality of front part & under frame of lhb coache s. packing instruction - mcf pi042 front part ver.0 [ warranty period: 84 months after the date of d elivery ] ]
