A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Includes In Particular: 1) Technical Design 2) Architectural And Construction Design 3) Electrical Conflict Removal Design 4) Land Development Design 5) Greenery Inventory 6) Bill Of Quantities 7) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works The Contractor Is Obliged To Check The Bill Of Quantities (It Is Only An Auxiliary Material). The Project Plays A Superior Role Over The Bill Of Quantities. The Offer Should Be Prepared Based On The Attached Project. The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Constitute The Basis For Calculating The Final Offer Price In The Offer4.
