Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of a 6 MW / 12 MWh BESS and EMS A pre-bid meeting will be held on 14 October 2026 at 14:00 hours, Palau Standard Time (UTC+9), at PPUC Main Office, 2nd Floor, Oldiais Building, Medalaii, Koror, with videoconference access provided to registered Bidders. Attendance is not a condition of qualification. A site visit may be arranged on request. Requests for clarification shall be received by 21 October 2026 at 15:00 hours, Palau Standard Time (UTC+9).
