The Subject Of This Open Public Procurement Procedure Is The Maintenance, Administration, Support, Monitoring, Updating And Operational Management Of Security Systems, As Well As The Extension Of The Manufacturers Support For The Clients Systems Specified In The Technical Specification. The Service Must Include Comprehensive Support For Functional And Safe Operation Of All Systems, Including Corrective, Preventive And Advisory Activities, As Well As Installation, Migration And Reconfiguration Activities When Necessary To Maintain Full System Operation. The Service Specifically Refers To The Following Functional Units: • Preventive Maintenance And Regular Security Updates • Corrective Maintenance And Elimination Of Incidents • Administration Of Security Platforms And Related Components • Support For Users And Technical Teams Of The Client • Monitoring, Reporting And Security Recommendations • Installation, Replacement, Migration And Optimization Of Configurations • Cooperation With Manufacturers, Partners And Third Parties When Necessary To Resolve An Incident Or Maintain A Warranty Security Systems That Are The Subject Of This Procurement Form A Set Of Interconnected Platforms And Devices For Assessment And Compliance, Business Continuity Management, Security Operations Center, Email Protection, Endpoint Protection, Multi-Factor Authentication, Web Traffic Decryption, Privileged Account Management. The Scope Of The Soc Environment Includes At Least 12,000 Windows Workstations, 500 Servers And 6 Months Of Record Retention, While The Email Protection System Supports At Least 11,000 Users.
