The Procurement Is A Procurement That Exceeds The Eu Threshold. The Procurement Procedure Is A Limited Procedure. According To The Preliminary Schedule Of The Procurement, The Selection Of Bidders Based On Applications For Participation Will Be Made In November, After Which The Final Request For Bids Will Be Published For The Bidders Accepted For The Second Round. The Calculation Period For The Contract Is Estimated To Be November - December / January 2026-2027. The Goal Is To Sign The Agreement At The Beginning Of 2027.
