1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Hardening The Area On A Separate Part Of Plots No. 4899/3 And 4900/1 In The Town Of Włoszczowa At Ul. Jędrzejowska, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Hardening Of The Surface With A Total Area Of Not Less Than 1,500 M², Including: A) Construction Of A Trough With Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil For The Mechanical Layers Of The Surface, Trough Depth Up To 45 Cm. B) Construction Of A Cut-Off Layer Of Sand With A Thickness Of 10 Cm, C) Construction Of A Reinforced Subfloor Stabilized With Cement With A Strength Of Rm = 2.50 Mpa, Stabilization With A Thickness Of 15 Cm Made In Stationary Concrete Plants, D) Construction Of A Substructure Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Stone Aggregate With A Thickness Of 20 Cm, Mixture 0/31.5 Mm, 2) Installation Of An Entrance Gate With Dimensions Of 1.78X13.05 M With A Lower Running Profile With An External Dimension Of 80X80 Mm, Including: A) Shortening The Gate To The Entrance Light Of 7.35 M And Fence Height Approx. 2.0 M, B) Anti-Corrosion Protection (Min. C3 System), C) Transport (Approx. 25 Km), Concrete Foundations, Mechanical Assembly, D) Automation: Toothed Racks, Photocells, Led Lamp, Drive Min. 1200 N - Tests From The Unit, E) Disassembly Of The Drive After Acceptance And Return To Od Łopuszno; The Gate Is Operational In Manual Mode With Infrastructure Prepared For Future Permanent Power Supply,3) Preparation Of Gate Assembly Documentation (Situational And Assembly Sketch, Foundation, Cable Route).3.The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Sst, Bill Of Quantities And Offer Cost Estimate. Detailed Construction Solutions Should Be Calculated Based On The Bill Of Quantities And Detailed Technical Specifications For Individual Types Of Works.
