1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Brand New Teaching Aids And Equipment For The Needs Of Equipping Sensory Rooms In The Municipal Nursery No. 1, Ul. Bażyńskich 24/26, 87-100 Toruń. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 And 1A To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Order Documents, With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Legal Provisions And Meet The Applicable Standards And Requirements Regarding Functional And Quality Parameters Allowing The Subject Of The Order To Be Used, In Particular Such As: Safety, Abrasion Resistance, Ergonomics And In Accordance With The Purpose It Is To Serve.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Unregenerated, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Made Of High-Quality Materials And In A Way That Ensures Proper Use Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Its Planned Purpose, Within The Price Declared By The Contractor, And Also Include The Removal Of All Defects And Faults That Will Occur During The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor.
