The Subject Of The Order Is: Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads, Pedestrian Routes, Parking Lots And Sidewalks In The Jerzmanowice - Przeginia Commune In The Winter Season 2026/2027. Note: The Ordering Party Reserves The Right, Within The Lump Sum Price Given By The Contractor, To Indicate Additional Sections Of Roads With A Length Not Exceeding 500 Linear Meters With A Similar Standard Of Snow Removal In The Winter Road Maintenance List. For Winter Road Maintenance Includes, Among Others: • Organizational And Technical Activities, • Preparation Of Materials To Combat Slipperiness (Purchase, Transport, Storage Of Roughening Materials) And Equipment, • Clearing Snow From Roads, Shoulders, Sidewalks And Parking Lots, • Clearing Snow And Combating Slipperiness On Culverts And Bridge Structures, • Clearing Snow From Accompanying Facilities: Public Transport Stops, Parking Bays, Intersections, • Removing Winter Slipperiness By Sprinkling Materials Multiplying Those Sections Of The Road Surface That Determine The Possibility Of Traffic, Exceptionally In The Event Of Black Ice, Removing Slipperiness By Emergency Sprinkling Over The Entire Width Of The Road, • 24-Hour Duty Of People And Readiness Of Equipment, • Patrolling The Roads, • Transmitting Information About The Road Condition In The Form Of Reports To The Ordering Party, • Transmitting The Location Of Equipment Operation From Gps Receivers, • Transmitting Records Of The Operation Of Equipment On Electronic Media (Video Recorders), • Ensuring Communication With The Working Or On-Duty Operator Equipment, • Loading Of Materials, • Post-Winter Cleaning Of Roads, Among Others The Road, In Particular Along The Curbs, Concrete Channels Located Directly At The Edge Of The Road And Sidewalks Located In The Routes Of Maintained Roads Requiring The Use Of Water (A Sweeper With A Sprinkler Is Recommended, And For Hard-To-Reach Places, Manual Sweeping Equipment). Guarantee And Warranty: Required Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract - Not Required. The Ordering Party Does Not Anticipate Dividing The Order Into Parts. The Division Of The Order Is Unreasonable And Unjustified Due To The Specificity Of The Order And For Technical And Organizational Reasons. The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Jerzmanowice-Przeginia Commune, Which Makes It Impossible To Divide The Order In A Way That Would Not Result In The Contractors Shifting Their Responsibilities To Each Other. It Is Not Possible To Separate Parts Of The Order Whose Execution And Completion Would Not Be Dependent On Each Other. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Order. Excessive Difficulties Or Costs As Well As Lack Of Coordination Related To The Intertwining Of Various Road Networks For Which Winter Maintenance Standards For Municipal And Internal Roads Should Be Applied Would
