The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Implementation Of An Investment Entitled: Modernization Of Technical Facilities For Servicing The Rolling Stock Of The Municipal Communication Company In Łowicz Along With Other Infrastructure, As Part Of The Project Titled: Purchase Of Zero-Emission Bus Fleet For The Municipal Communication Company In Łowicz Along With Infrastructure For Charging The Rolling Stock. Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part 1 - Replacement And Expansion Of The Existing Connection Mv Along With The Construction Of A Transformer Station.1.The Scope Of The Order For Part 1 Includes: 1) Construction Of An Mv Cable Line 3Xxruhakxs 1X120mm2 Connecting The Designed Pole Station With The Gpz Łowicz 1, Field No. 30, 2) Construction Of A Mv/Lv Pole Transformer Station, 3) Carrying Out The Required Tests And Measurements With A Positive Result In The Scope Of Parameters Required By Applicable Law And Guidelines And Arrangements With Pge Dystrybucja S.A. 4) Ensuring Archaeological Supervision During The Implementation Orders,2.Additionally, As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will: 1) Develop And Approve A Safety And Health Protection Plan, If Its Preparation Is Required By Applicable Law; 2) Develop And Implement Temporary Traffic Organization On A Public Road, 3) Prepare The Necessary Documentation And Obtain A Decision To Occupy The Road. All Costs Related To The Occupation Of The Road Lane Are Borne By The Contractor, 4) Will Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Design Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz And The Notification Of Construction Or Other Construction Works Dated April 29, 2026, 5) Will Bear The Costs Of Removing Any Collisions, If Any. The Contractor Will Agree On The Documentation Of The Collision Removal With The Owners Of The Appropriate Utilities And Prepare The Necessary Documentation. During Construction Works, The Contractor Will Notify And Report The Removal Of Conflicts For Acceptance To The Appropriate Utility Administrators,6) Will Provide Full Geodetic Services During The Implementation Of The Investment, Including Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions,7) Will Prepare As-Built Documentation,8) Obtain From The Network Administrator Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Technical Acceptance Protocol For Inclusion In The Gpz,9) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Another Document Required By Law Enabling The Lawful Use Of The Facility,10) Perform Any Other Works, Works And Activities Not Covered By This Swz And Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Due To The Art Of Construction.3.The Contractor Will Include In Its Offer The Costs Related To: 1) Payment Of Fees To Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Necessary For The Proper Execution And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) Organization And Security Of The Site And Construction Facilities, Including Utility Costs, Fencing Of The Construction Site, Tidying Up The Area After Construct
