The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Material For Determining The Price Of The Contract And Should Be Verified In Terms Of Compliance With The Actual State By The Contractor During A Field Visit. 5. The Commencement Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Begin After The Implementation Of Changes In The Traffic Organization In The Road Area Covered By Construction Works. During The Period When The Section In Question Is Closed To Traffic, Access To Adjacent Properties Or Side Roads Leading To Them Must Be Ensured At Each Stage Of The Works. Earthworks Can Begin After The Above-Ground And Underground Infrastructure Facilities Have Been Fully Identified, Marked And Secured. 6. If, During The Works, Underground Facilities Not Included In The Documentation Or Design Inventory Are Found, The Works Should Be Stopped, The Excavation Secured And The Ordering Party And The Appropriate Units Notified. 7. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Accepted By A Commission Appointed By The Mayor Of The City And Commune Of Międzylesie. The Final Acceptance Report Will Be Supplemented With A Complete Set Of Documentation Provided For In The Scope Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. 8. Purchased And Installed Materials Must Comply With Polish Standards And The Requirements Specified In Art. 10 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524), Art. 5 Of The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213).
