The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The District Road No. 2654D Łomnica - Karpniki, Damaged After The Flood In 2024. The Task Includes Cutting Down Overhanging Roadsides, Clearing Ditches, Culverts And Bridges, Cleaning And Regulating Slopes, Dismantling Damaged Elements Of Road Infrastructure And Road Surfaces And Their Repair, Replacement Or Construction Of New Ones, Such As Sewage, Linear Street Elements, Roadsides, Culverts, End Walls Or Chambers, Reinforcements Of Inlets And Outlets, Stormwater Drainage Elements (Wells, Inspections, Channels), Traffic Safety Elements And Markings, As Well As Reconstruction Or Repair Of Damaged Elements Of Retaining Structures And Engineering Structures. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented From The European Union Solidarity Fund (Eusf). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz:1) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz; 2) Technical Documentation, Including: Indicative Plan, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities, Offer Cost Estimate - Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
