The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Full-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Together With Authors Supervision Over The Documentation And Implementation Of Construction Works For The Project Consisting In The Construction Of Dunemann Troughs As Part Of The Project Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Network Of Willow And Linden Alleys And Active Protection Of Insects By Restoring The Integrity Of Habitats And Maintaining Biodiversity.2.The Investment In Question Is Located In Umianowice, Kije Commune, Plot No. 281/1, Umianowice District. The Task Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. The Order Will Be Completed On The Basis Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Together With Attachments.3.Information Regarding The Planned Project: 1) The Project Includes: A) Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, To The Extent Covering The Specific Nature Of Construction Works And In Compliance With Applicable Regulations; B) Obtaining All: Maps, Studies, Technical Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions, Checks, Administrative Decisions And Other Documents Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order (If Such Are Required Within The Meaning Of Applicable Construction Law); C) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Task; D) Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Including: - Installation Of Dunemann Troughs (Breeding Quarters), - Construction Of A Water Installation And An Irrigation Installation With Full Automation Allowing For The Control Of Irrigation At A Specified Time And Quantity, - Construction Of A Roof Over The Nursery And On The Side (On 3 Sides) In The Form Of A Shading Net, - Provision Of Electrical Power Supply For The Irrigation Installation, - Hardening Of The Area In The Scope Of Construction Of Accesses To The Quarters, - Other Works Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order; E) Development Of As-Built Documentation Taking Into Account Any Possible Changes Resulting From The Execution Of Construction Works In Relation To The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Prepared And Approved By The Ordering Party, Together With A Geodetic Inventory, Certificates For Materials, Declarations Of Conformity Of The Functional Properties Of The Delivered Materials, Devices And Installations, Technical Approvals, Technical Cards, Operation And Use Instructions And Other Documents Necessary To Accept The Subject Of The Order.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Investment Task, In Accordance With The Developed Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Administrative Decisions And Arrangements Obtained During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Recommendations Of The Investors And Authors Supervision, Applicable Regulations, Standards, Technical Conditions, Principles
