The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of A Bicycle Route On The Right Bank Of The Skawa River In The Towns Of Jaroszowice And Wadowice In Accordance With The Attached 4 Bills Of Quantities, Design Documentation And Stwiorb, All Decisions: 1) Section I - Construction Of A Bicycle Path On The Embankment Of The Skawa River, Carried Out Taking Into Account The Consent Of Pgw Wody Polskie, Letter Reference: K.Rpu.431.9.2024.Łs Of May 15, 2024;2) Section Ii - Construction Of A Bicycle Road With Accompanying Works, Including Reconstruction Of The Gas Network, Carried Out On The Basis Of And Taking Into Account: A) Decision Of The Starosta Of Wadowice No. 654/2025 Of October 27, 2025 - Reconstruction Of The Gas Network On The Municipal Plot And Construction Of A Bicycle Path Between The Road And Railway Bridge; B) Decision Of The Voivode Of Małopolska No. 2/Bz/2026 Of January 27, 2026 - Reconstruction Of The Gas Network On The Gddkia Plot And Construction Of A Bicycle Road (Pkp Service Road) On The Pkp Plot; C) Decision Of The Starosta Of Wadowice No. 129/2026 Of March 10, 2026 - Construction Of A Bicycle Path On The Gddkia Plot; D) Decision Of The Starosta Of Wadowice No. 3/2026 Of April 28, 2026 (Zrid) - Construction Of A Bicycle Path (Municipal Public Road) From The Railway Bridge To The Intersection With Ul. Wałowa. And Other Arrangements Constituting An Integral Annex To The Agreement And Design Documentation. Due To The Specificity Of The Facility, I.E. The Flood Embankment, The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Changing The Technology Of Performing The Works In Relation To The Technical Documentation. As Part Of The Task, The Ordering Party Expects To Perform, Among Others: 1) Construction Of A Bicycle Route At Km 0+000.0 - 2+056.7; 2) Construction Of A Bicycle Route At Km 2+056.7 - 2+132.93) Construction Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings; The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out As Part Of This Task Is Included In 4 Bills Of Quantities, Design Documentation And Stwiorb, Which Are An Integral Annex To The Agreement.
