The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task Involving The Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Ostrów Mazowiecka Commune. The Scope Of The Task Includes: 1) Designing 52 Sets Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants Together With Reporting The Intention To Perform Construction Works To The Architectural And Construction Administration Body In Ostrów Mazowiecka (In Accordance With The Construction Law), Including In Particular The Identification Of Soil And Water Conditions For The Purposes Of Design And Implementation Of The Task, Preparation Of Geotechnical Documentation, Obtaining Written Consent Of Property Owners Agreeing On The Location Of The Home Sewage Treatment Plant, Obtaining The Opinion Of A Conservator Of Monuments In The Case Of A Plot Covered By Conservation Or Archaeological Protection In The Local Development Plan Of The Ostrów Mazowiecka Commune, Obtaining From The Investor, I.E. The Ostrów Mazowiecka Commune, Acceptance Of The Design Solutions Contained In The Documentation - Designs Should Be Prepared In 4 Paper Copies And In An Electronic Version;2) Construction Of 52 Sets Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants Along With Technical And Technological Commissioning And Conducting Individual Training In The Use And Operation Of Sewage Treatment Plants;3) Conducting General Training In The Use And Operation Of Constructed Sewage Treatment Plants;4) Warranty Service And Technical Support During The Warranty Period;5) Carrying Out Tests Of Treated Sewage At Their Own Expense And With Their Own Efforts At Least Once Each Year During The Warranty Period, In Accordance With The Draft Contract;6) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Task Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do Not Cause Serious Damage) And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations On Environmental Protection, Water Management And Waste Management.
