1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Equipment And Transport Services And The Performance Of All Mechanical And Manual Works Related To The Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads, Sidewalks, Parking Lots, Bicycle Paths, Promenades And Other Adjacent Areas In The City And The Commune Of Jarocin In The Winter Season 2026/2027. This Is A Basic Order And An Order Covered By The Option Law. Basic Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Equipment And Transport Services For Winter Maintenance. Roadways, Roads, Market Square, Sidewalks, Parking Lots, Bicycle Paths And Promenades In The City And Commune Of Jarocin, In Accordance With The Lists Of Roads, Sidewalks, Parking Lots And Bicycle Paths For The Purposes Of Standardizing Winter Maintenance (Constituting Annexes No. 1 And 2 To The Draft Agreement). In The Winter Season 2026/2027 In The Commune And The City Of Jarocin, The Total Length Of Streets Covered By The Order For Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads Is Approximately 269,000 M (Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract) And Parking Lots, Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths (Annex No. 2 To The Draft Contract). The Scope Of Winter Maintenance Services Will Include: • Clearing Snow From The Market Square, Roads, Sidewalks, Entrances, Pedestrian Crossings, Crossings On Intermediate Islands, Bicycle Paths And Bicycle Lanes As Well As Parking Lots Adjacent To And Belonging To The Road, In Accordance With The Winter Road Maintenance Plan And The Established 4Th Standard; • Mitigating The Effects And Eliminating Winter Slipperiness By Sprinkling The Surfaces (Excluding Granite Surfaces) With A Mixture Of Salt And Sand In The Proportion Of 1:10, In Accordance With Established By The 4Th Standard;• Removing Winter Slipperiness By Sprinkling Sand On Granite Surfaces;• Clearing Snow From The Road Surface;• Providing An Appropriate Amount Of Transport And Equipment For Winter Maintenance, In Accordance With The Attached List Of Tools;• Providing People To Manage The Entire Winter Maintenance, In Accordance With The Provisions Included In The Draft Contract;• Providing A Gps Monitoring System In Vehicles Involved In Winter Maintenance Of The Market Square, Roads, Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths, And Providing Access To Gps Preview In Real Time And The Ability To Generate Reports At Any Time;• Maintaining Documentation Of Equipment Operating Time, Managing The Expenditure Of The Salt-Sand Mixture And Sand Expressed In Tons;• Launching, Making Public And Operating A 24-Hour Telephone Number (During The Entire Duration Of The Contract) Enabling Residents To Report Their Needs Related To Combating Winter Slipperiness. Order Covered By The Right Of Option: The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Option In The Event Of A Need To Increase The Material Scope Of Works Constituting The Basic Scope Of The Order. The Exercise Of The Option Right May Result From The Increased Needs Of The Ordering Party I
