Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: The Works shall be referred to as the Salman City Park Project, which comprises the construction of a new public park, including, but not limited to 1 demolition of existing asphalt road, footpath and existing building structure 2 site works 3 construction of West Toilet, Guard Room and Service Room 4 irrigation network system 5 hard landscaping including surface finishes like kerbs, paving, rubber flooring, asphalt external furnitures, pergola, shade structure, childrens and adults play equipment, boundary wall and fences, external lighting works 6 soft landscaping works including supply and plantation of trees, ground covers, shrubs and hedge maze and 12 month maintenance period 7 all other associated works, all in accordance to the Specifications and Drawings.
