Road Construction Works - Determining A Contractor For Research And Design Works And Construction (Engineering) Of A Site: Permanent Restoration And Safety Of The Section Of The Republican Road Iii-8641 Pamporovo - (Smolyan - Stoykite) Affected By Landslides At Km 4+000. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Research And Design Works And Construction (Engineering) For The Site: Permanent Restoration And Safety Of The Section Of The Republican Road Iii-8641 Pamporovo - (Smolyan - Stoykite) Affected By Landslides At Km 4+000. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Appoint A Contractor To Carry Out Research And Design Works And Construction (Engineering) Of The Above-Mentioned Site, In This Regard, A Contract Was Concluded For Its Implementation, With A View To The Preparation Of Legal Project Documentation, Necessary For The Authorization And Implementation Of The Construction, And Carrying Out Quality Construction Of The Site, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And In Compliance With The Agreed Deadlines. The Expected Result Of The Implementation Is The Permanent Restoration And Safety Of The Affected Section Of The National Road, The Restoration Of The Transport Connection And The Provision Of Resilience In The Event Of Disasters In The Section At Km 4+000, A Large-Scale Landslide Process Was Activated, As A Result Of Which A Section Of Rp Iii-8641 Was Destroyed. The Landslide Body Has An Area Of About 8,000 M², The Landslide Flow - About 13,000 M², And The Approximate Volume Of The Landslides Is About 60,000 M³. The Area Is Characterized By Complex Engineering And Hydrogeological Conditions And A High Degree Of Water Saturation.Variant Decision No. 1 - Bridge Facility Was Adopted For The Permanent Restoration, Providing For A Three-Span Bridge Facility With Openings Of 3 X 36.00 M, A Total Axial Length Of About 108 M And A Deep Pile Foundation. ​​​​​​​​​The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes A Description Of The Activities Under The Procurement, As Follows: A) Activity Design - Execution Of Research And Design Works (Ppr) And Exercise Of Authors Supervision During Construction; B) Activity Construction - Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works (Smr); C) Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods; D) All Other Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement And The Guarantee Maintenance Of The Construction, Specified In This Documentation And Its Annexes. *Note: All Risks That May Arise During The Execution Of The Contract, With The Exception Of The Risks That Are Expressly Stated In The Present Documentation Or In The Public Procurement Contract To Be Borne By The Contracting Authority, Are Borne By The Contractor And Should Be Taken Into Account By Him During The Preparation Of The Offer And In No Case Can Be Grounds For Increasing The Duration Of The Contract Or Its Price. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
