The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Roof Covering Of The Building Of The 4Th Secondary School In Rzeszów. The Order Includes The Performance Of Comprehensive Construction, Assembly, Roofing And Installation Works In The Traditional Form, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Bill Of Quantities. Size, Scope And Number Of Works: The Main Scope Of Renovation Works Covers An Insulated Roof With A Total Area Of 962 M² And Concerns In Particular: Works With A Photovoltaic Installation: Safe Dismantling Of The Existing Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof (Panels Together With The Supporting Structure And Cabling), Its Appropriate Protection And Storage For The Duration Of Roofing Works, And After Completion Of Work On The Roof - Reassembly, Connection, Commissioning And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Measurements Of The Correct Operation Of The Installation. Preparatory And Demolition Works: Disassembly Of Existing Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters, Downpipes And Elements Of The Old Roofing Felt Made Of Felt Intended For Replacement/Repair On Surface 962 M². Repair And Installation Of A New Roofing Felt: Assessment Of The Technical Condition And Repair Of Existing Layers (Including The Insulation Layer), And Then Construction Of A New, Tight Roof Covering From Felt (E.G. A System Of Thermally Welded Underlay Felts And Top Covering) Along With The Necessary Insulation. Sheet Metal Flashings And Accompanying Elements: Fabrication And Installation Of New Flashings For Gutter And Under-Gutter Strips, Installation Of A New Gutter System (Roof Gutters). And Downspouts).Renovation Of Elements Above The Roof: Re-Building, Repairing Plaster Or Covering Ventilation And Smoke Chimneys With Sheet Metal; Repair And Sealing Of Roof Hatches. Accompanying Installations: Disassembly And Then Reconstruction And Installation Of The Lightning Protection System On The Building, Together With Post-Assembly Tests And Measurements. Cleaning Works: Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials And Tidying Up The Construction Site. Determining The Needs And Requirements To Be Followed: The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize And Carry Out Work In A Way That Ensures The Continuity Of The Operation Of The Educational Facility And The Full Safety Of Its Users (Students And Staff), With Particular Emphasis On Securing The Facility Against Flooding During The Works. Work On The Photovoltaic Installation Must Be Carried Out By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations And Qualifications (E.G. Udt Certificate, Sep Authorizations) So That Reassembly Does Not Negatively Affect The Efficiency And Safety Of The System. All Materials Used Must Be Brand New, Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Compliance With Standards.
