1. The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Provision Of Services Related To The Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads, Sidewalks, Parking Lots, Bus Bays, Public Areas And Other Areas Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City Of Sulejówek In The Winter Season 2026/2027.2.The Purpose Of The Order Is To Ensure Road Passability And Safe Traffic Conditions For Pedestrians And Vehicles During Periods Of Snowfall, Ice, Black Ice, Frost, Rime, Ice, Slippery Snow And Other Atmospheric Phenomena That Pose A Threat To The Safety Of Road And Pedestrian Route Users.3.The Service Includes In Particular: 1) Clearing Snow From Municipal Roads; 2) Combating Winter Slipperiness On Roads; 3) Performing Combined Activities: Clearing Snow And Spreading; 4) Clearing Snow From Parking Lots And Bus Bays; 5) Clearing Snow From Sidewalks And Other Public Places; 6) Eliminating Slipperiness On Sidewalks; 7) Clearing Snow From Dirt Roads - At The Request Of The Ordering Party; 8) Snow Removal And Loading; 9) Pumping Water From Ponds;10) Delivery Of Materials To Combat Slipperiness;11) 24/7 Monitoring Of Weather Conditions And Road Surface Conditions;12) Keeping Documentation Of Work Performed;13) Providing The Ordering Party With Current Information On The Road Situation;14) Performing Other Activities Directly Related To Winter Maintenance, Necessary To Achieve The Required Standards.4.The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Order Will Be Carried Out Continuously, Depending On The Conditions Requiring Winter Action.5.The Contractor Is Obliged To Remain Ready To Start Work Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Regardless Of The Current Occurrence Of Snowfall Or Slipperiness.6.The Order Includes The Provision Of Winter Maintenance Services For Municipal Roads, Which Includes: 1) Snow Removal From Paved Municipal Roads, Including Parking Lots And Bus Bays With A Hard Surface, Approx. 85.85 Km Long, 2) Combating Slipperiness On Paved Municipal Roads, Approx. 85.85 Km Long, 3) Snow Removal From Municipal Dirt Roads With A Grader (Only At The Request Of The Ordering Party), Approx. 30 Km Long, 4) Clearing Snow From Sidewalks Of Municipal Roads And Public Places, Approx. 43,415 M2.5) Combating Slipperiness By Manually Or Mechanically Sprinkling Sidewalks With A 30% Mixture Of Sodium Chloride And Sand, With An Area Of Approx. 22,580 M2.6) Snow Removal With Loading - Approx. 200 M3.7) Pumping Water From Ponds In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party - Approx. 25 M3.8) Delivery To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Of A Mixture Of 30% Sodium Chloride With Sand - 30 Mg, 9) Monitoring Weather Forecasts, Monitoring And Controlling The Condition Of Road Surfaces On The Serviced Routes And Providing The Ordering Party With Current Information About The Road Situation.
